Hello! My name is Nicole Holloway and I have the wonderful opportunity to be the assistant principal at Mill Creek Elementary. I grew up in Honolulu, Hawaii, with my parents and two siblings. I then went to Brigham Young University Idaho to receive my Bachelor's in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Language Arts. I received my Master's of Education in Educational Leadership through Boise State University.  My philosophy of education is that every student should be provided a safe and nurturing environment so that they have the opportunity to grow. I strive to help each and every student realize their potential as a student and a member of society. I am dedicated to supporting each child’s journey in becoming a lifelong learner. This is what drives me each and every day.  I am excited to be your assistant principal and to see the growth and journey we will go through together!!
